These terms govern your use of Nadraq's platform, whether you're browsing as a buyer or registered as a seller fulfilling orders through our Doha warehouse network.

Nadraq's services are available only within Qatar. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to create an account or place an order.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact details below if you suspect unauthorized use.
Sellers using Nadraq's supply and fulfillment services agree to:
Nadraq reserves the right to suspend a seller account that misrepresents inventory or repeatedly fails fulfillment SLAs.
All orders are dispatched from our Doha fulfillment center. Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates; delays caused by weather, customs, or courier disruption are outside Nadraq's control.
Nadraq supports cash on delivery (COD) alongside standard online payment methods. For COD orders, buyers agree to have the exact or nearest available amount ready at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may restrict access to that payment option on future orders.
Eligible items may be returned within the window stated on the product page, unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit for COD orders, once the returned item passes warehouse inspection.
The following are not permitted on Nadraq: counterfeit goods, items banned under Qatari law, hazardous materials without proper certification, and any listing intended to mislead buyers. Nadraq may remove listings and suspend accounts that violate this section without prior notice.
Nadraq facilitates the connection between sellers and buyers and provides warehousing and delivery logistics. To the extent permitted by law, Nadraq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, product defects, or third-party courier performance.
Nadraq may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any account found in breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; outstanding orders or seller payouts will be settled before closure.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Nadraq after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
