Thank you for shopping at Nadraq. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of our products — including promotional offers, discounted deals, and custom bundles — all sales are generally considered final.


1. No Refund Policy (General Rule)

Most products sold on Nadraq are:

  • Special promotional offers

  • Discounted bundle deals

  • Limited-time sales

  • Custom product combinations

Because of this, we do not accept refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processed.


2. Exceptional Refund Requests

In rare cases, if a customer insists on a refund request, we may review it under the following strict conditions:

  • Refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Items must not be damaged or altered.

If approved:

  • A 30% deduction will be applied to the total order amount.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance (70%) will be refunded to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to reject any refund request that does not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Digital or downloadable products (if introduced in future)


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong item

You must contact us at the time of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (preferred solution), or

  • A partial/full refund at our discretion


5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Bank processing times may vary


6. Right to Refuse Refunds

Nadraq reserves the right to refuse refund requests that:

  • Violate this policy

  • Show signs of abuse or fraud

  • Do not meet eligibility criteria
